English is my second language, I may need to re-verify or retype your instructions to ensure I fully understand your vision.

I reserve the right to refuse commission requests that are outside my skill range or comfort zone.

Behaviors that cause discomfort or trouble may result in delayed or cancelled commissions (e.g., very slow responses, excessive revisions, changing the entire design after the sketching stage, or refusing to proceed despite agreeing to previous WIPs).

I retain the copyright to the commissioned work; therefore, crediting me in a visible space (Twitter/SNS bio or stream description) is required.

Flexible Options: I accept Full Upfront, 50/50 upfront deposit, or installment plans for higher tiers.

International Payments: You can order directly via VGen Storefront, or request a PayPal Invoice by contacting me via Discord DM.

Local Payments (IDN): Indonesian clients can pay via Trakteer. 1 USD = 1 Barz. Just enter the total USD amount as "Barz" on my Trakteer page.

Workflow: Work on your commission will strictly begin only after the initial payment or deposit is confirmed.

Art (Illustration, Emotes, Thumbnails): Up to 3x revisions during the sketching stage. Only minor color adjustments are allowed after the base coloring.

Live2D Rigging: Up to 3x minor technical adjustments after delivery to ensure the tracking works correctly.

Please compile all requested changes into a single list per revision for efficiency.

I can work with deadlines (strictly no rushed/tight deadlines).

Delivery Policy: I aim to deliver within the estimated TAT. If a delay is expected, I will communicate it immediately. Please note that according to VGen terms, missing a guaranteed delivery date may entitle the buyer to a cancellation.

Final files will be delivered in a .zip format.

You may re-retrieve your files within 1 month of delivery. I am not responsible for file loss after this period.

Usage rights are determined by the license selected during checkout (Personal, Monetized Content, or Commercial Merchandising).

Personal License: For individual, non-commercial, and non-monetized use only.

Monetized Content License: Authorized for content creators (Streaming, YouTube, Twitch) and businesses for digital commercial content. Note: This does not allow the re-selling of physical or digital merchandise.

Commercial Merchandising License: Required for creating, promoting, and re-selling your own digital or physical end products (Merchandise).

AI Clause: Regardless of the license chosen, using any of my work for AI training, datasets, or any generative AI purposes is strictly prohibited.

Credit: Required for all public uses. You may not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned asset.

I own the copyright to the artwork and rigging logic.

Cancelled works remain my property, I reserve the right to complete and use them for my portfolio.

All refund requests must be discussed via DM and will be processed through the original payment platform used.

Full Refund: Only available if work has not started.

Partial Refund: If the project is in progress, refunds are calculated based on completed milestones (e.g., 50% if sketch is finished).

No Refund: Once the work has progressed beyond 70% or is nearing completion.

Chargebacks: Forced chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist and permanent revocation of all usage rights.

Timezone: GMT+7 (Indonesia).
